My Story
I was first introduced to Scentsy at a vendor event I was a part of in November of 2010. I had heard of Scentsy but had no idea what it was. In fact I had a previous co-worker who invited me to a few parties and I always declined, thinking it was something silly. Little did I know, this silly company would become a huge part of my life. I purchased my first warmer (Black Satin) and a bar of Camu Camu at this event and I was hooked. I found myself placing orders every 6 weeks or so. I also had a few parties and got my family and friends hooked. I can't even count on 1 hand, how many Scentsy Buddies I have purchased. You could guarantee, if any of my friends were having babies, they were getting a Buddy with a Newborn Nursery Scent Pak. One day I got to thinking, here I am, spending all of this money when I could be making money off of myself. Not to mention I would already have a great customer base with all of the friends and family I had gotten hooked on this amazing product. On February 8, 2012, I decided to join. My first year was slow, placing orders every 3 months or so just to stay active. I was also a part of another direct sales company at the time which was my main focus. In January of 2013 I decided to let go of that other company as Scentsy seemed to be a better fit for me. It wasn't long after that, my first recruit signed up, then 2 months later another. I have been with Scentsy for 3 years now, I have 23 awesome consultants under me, earned the title of Director and earned my first incentive trip. I can't wait to see where this journey takes me next.
